Learning Impairment
The Community Learning Disability Team can assist you in getting access to services catered to your particular requirements if your eligibility for our services is determined through an assessment. This could include home-based personal care services, specialized equipment, job-search assistance, volunteer activities, and housing counseling.
Rehabilitation
If you need assistance getting back on your feet after a hospital stay, we can provide you rehabilitation services.
Service for Respite and Sitting
To provide the primary caregiver some time to themselves, to work or to sleep, we can offer respite or sitting services day or night. We can give you the care that your primary caregiver would give you, allowing them to take a rest while your routine goes on as usual.
Paying bills and shopping
Let us handle this for you if you’re worried about a vulnerable person having enough food in their fridge or if you simply find it tough to go out and conduct your normal grocery shopping. In order to assure on-time payment of your household payments, we can manage those as well.
